The above pricing is inclusive of all bills, including heating and electricity, water, WiFi, refuse, nightly security patrols and use of basketball & tennis courts.
- Payment is due every month, 7 days in advance.
Refundable Security Deposit:
- A €500 security deposit per person is refundable at the end of your stay if the apartment is returned in a satisfactory condition. Deductions will be made from this deposit for any damage or breakages or if the apartment is not clean and tidy.
- A €1,900 refundable security deposit will be required if you have booked a whole apartment.
